We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment, but please allow extra time during busy periods. Any items that are not physically in stock at the time of ordering can take up to an additional 5 working days for delivery, although in most cases they will be delivered the same day. This includes any 'out of stock' products you have specifically requested, as well as Customeyesed design requests. This is to allow for the sourcing of additional charms and the production process. We will advise of any possible delays where applicable.

 

Returns

We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly and accurately as possible. However, if you are not entirely satified with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any items for full instructions, including details of the item you wish to return or exchange, and your reasons for doing so.

If the item you wish to receive in exchange is of the same value as your original purchase, we will send out the replacement at our own cost upon receipt of the returned item. If the item you wish to receive in exchange is of a lower value than your original purchase we will send the replacement at our own cost and refund the difference back to your account. Please contact us for further instructions if you would like to make an exchange for an item that is higher in value than your original purchase.

You are responsible for the costs of returning any items to us, but we will cover any postage costs associated with sending replacements. Refunds will be given for the actual cost of the item, excluding shipping costs. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed upon our receipt of the returned item, so it is your responsibility to choose an appropriate shipping method. Proof of postage is recommended.

We will not be able to honour any refund or exchange requests made after the 7 day period. Please note that in the interests of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty. If you have any questions regarding returns and exchanges please contact us.
